Alec says: “Topaz is stunning, best in soft, rounder shapes. The exquisite colour scale makes designing a one-of-a kind ring exciting, where you can synchronise the pairing of the stone and the metal to enhance the tones.”

Choose a topaz engagement ring, a gemstone perfectly suited for a symbol of your future.
Topaz is most recognised for its range in fresher blue colourings- Sky, London and Swiss. But its beauty doesn’t end there.
When left in its natural form, untreated, it has breath taking shades of yellows and orange to peach. Often named “Imperial”, it’s a rare and marvellous option adding an extra special touch for a unique engagement ring.

The blue colour synonymous with topaz is rarely natural. In fact, it’s routinely created using heat treatment – it should be assumed that blue topaz we supply has been heat treated unless specified otherwise.
Topaz is also available in other colours including pink, yellow and brown and has a hardness rating of 8.
In India, it is believed that topaz should be worn above the heart to assure long life, beauty and intelligence.
