Gill's Fairtrade dress ring with pinks and purples
Ray and Gill came into the Cambridge studio to design a ring for a special birthday. Gill loved the idea of using a dramatic dark purple amethyst, and really loves the pear cut shape. Together we designed this striking dress ring holding a central 10x7mm 1.7ct pear cut amethyst. To add some sparkle we have claw set a pair of 3.5mm brilliant cut HSI diamonds totalling 0.29cts and a pair of 3mm brilliant cut pink sapphires totalling 0.26ct to add some extra colour interest. Gill's ring has been made in Fairtrade 9ct white gold and has been given a polished finish.
