9ct white gold sapphire engagement and wedding ring set
Dominic came in to design a ring for Ellie as a surprise so proposed with sketches. Dominic and Ellie came in together to finalise her engagement and wedding ring design and choose a beautiful stone. They fell in love with the colour of an unusual oval aqua sapphire which was in our cabinet so we had the stone cut into a pear shape to fit into their wonderful design. Ellie's engagement and wedding rings are made in 9ct white gold which have not been rhodium plated to allow the natural colour of the white gold to show through. The 6x4mm pear cut aqua sapphire is held in an end only setting and the metal curls around the stone along with a secondary curl which holds a sparkly 2mm brilliant cut HSi diamond. This beautiful set has been polished to a high shine and really sets off the stones.
