Laura's 9ct white gold engagement ring with her own oval lilac sapphire
Phil and Laura decided to commission their engagement ring using their own oval cut lilac sapphire. This 4mm x 5.5mm 0.54ct stone is held in an end only setting giving this delicate design quite a modern feel. Laura liked the idea of incorporating side stones in the design and chose to have a total of ten graduating lilac sapphires and diamonds set in the shoulders. The choice of 9ct white gold really compliments the colour of the sapphires with it's warm creamy tone. The setting tapers enough to allow a straight wedding band to sit perfectly next to this engagement ring.
