Ben and Amy's ring inspired by their initials
Ben and Amy came in to the Hertfordshire studio to discuss this stunning palladium engagement ring with their designer, Rebecca. The unusual setting was inspired by the shapes of their initials, a lowercase a and b, and holds two 3mm brilliant cut amethysts. Set slightly lower than the amethysts, in all-around settings, are two 2mm diamonds which had previously been set in Amy's mothers engagement ring. The bright white colour of the tapering palladium band and settings work beautifully with the colours of the stones. The band of the ring has a matt finish, leaving the polished settings to compliment the sparkle in the stones.
