Susan's 9ct yellow and white gold engagment ring with blue Sapphire
To high-light the dark blue sapphire centrally set, Susan wanted to use contrasting metals. The 9ct yellow gold band has 9ct white gold twisting to a taper around the brilliant cut 3.5mm blue sapphire, with two brilliant cut 2mm sapphire in a pear shaped grain setting on the shoulders of the engagement ring. this design is classic with a contemporary twist.
