Dramatic Ceylon blue moonstone engagement ring with shoulder diamonds
This palladium engagement ring holds a beautiful 11mmx6mm blue Ceylon (2.13ct) in a simple all around rub over setting to give a smooth edge. The shoulders of the shank pinch in just before meeting the moonstone setting, drawing the focus in towards the stone. A kite shape has been cut out of the shoulders into which a 1.75mm brilliant cut H SI diamond has been set to create a marquise shape window detail. The palladium band measures 2mm at the back and gently tapers towards the shoulders where it measures 3mm at its widest point.
