Danielle's music inspired engagement ring with moonstone and diamonds
Kraig contacted us looking for a moonstone engagement ring for Danielle which was 'elegant, understated but not too simple'. He knew that she would want a design with a feel of movement and had thought about engraving inspired by vines and leaves, but when we chatted about Danielle's interests it turned out that she is also a keen oboe player. So, instead of leaves, the engraving mimics abstract oboe keys which achieve the feminine feel that Kraig hoped for yet is more personal to Danielle. We chose the keys played by the left hand as that is the side the engagement ring would be worn. The beautiful glow of the central moonstone is surrounded by a subtle halo of rose gold in the form of an all around setting, whilst the band itself has been crafted fro 9 carat white gold which enhances the warm feel of the rest of the ring.
