Bespoke Sterling Silver 0.04ct 2.5mm round cabochon cut moonstone engagement ring
Jacqueline and David wanted a very simple understated delicate engagement ring. The sterling silver shank tapers from around 2.5mm wide at the sides to 3mm at the front before pinching in just before meeting the setting which emphasizes the stone as well as allows the wedding ring to sit close without needing fitting. The rub over setting is palladium which is a stronger metal than silver so gives the stone more protection whilst still blending in with the colour of the silver shank well. The stone is a 2.5mm round cabochon cut clear moonstone with subtle blue sheen, so will give flashes of colour at different angles but still be neutral so can be worn with any outfit.
