White gold twist style engagement ring and white gold stone set wedding bands
Emma loved the idea of a having a heart shaped stone in her engagement ring and lots of colour. Emma and Graham chose 9ct white gold for the 3mm wide D-shape twist style band and a smooth all around rub over setting to hold the 0.23ct H SI diamond. In one shoulder a 1.3mm yellow, 1.5mm orange and a 1.5mm pink sapphire has been invisibly set. The shaped and fitted 3mm wide wedding band has also been invisibly set with coloured stones, a 1.5mm amethyst, blue sapphire, London blue topaz and green tourmaline complete the rainbow effect. Graham wanted his 5mm wide wedding ring to compliment Emma's engagement and wedding ring so decided on an engraved design that reflects the twist style of Emma's engagement ring. A matt finish has been applied between the engraved lines to contrast with the polished edges. A 1.5mm brilliant cut H SI diamond has been set in the middle of a line of half drilled holes to represent the colour stones in both of Emma's rings.
