Bespoke 9ct white gold engagement ring with 0.36ct oval cut diamond with Tsavorite and garnet
Niall wanted to create a unique engagement ring for Jane that represented both of them within the design, and that was classic in style but with a modern slant. The central stone is a 5.1x3.8mm oval cut H SI diamond which has been set in a smooth simple all around rub over setting, either side of the diamond are bar end set stones that are symbolic of both Jane and Niall - the green 2.5mm brilliant cut Tsavorite to represent Jane and the colour of her eyes, while the russet coloured garnet for Niall and the red colour of the earth in Uganda where Niall has been working for the past two years and is an important part of his life. The 9ct white gold shank itself is 2.5mm wide and a soft D-shape profile, Niall chose to have rhodium plating to give the ring a crispness.
