Leonie's Platinum, Sapphire and Diamond Engagement Ring
Leonie is a much-loved returning customer to our Cambridge studio. She and her partner Nick decided to redesign Leonie’s engagement ring while still maintaining the sentiment of Leonie’s original engagement ring. Her own 3.4mm, deep blue sapphire has been set in a unique side only setting with two of Leonie’s own round brilliant cut diamonds either side. This bespoke trilogy ring pays homage to the original ring with the sentimental stones set to a polished platinum band. Using their own sentimental diamonds and gold, they also decided to redesign a bespoke eternity ring. Original found in 47th Street Diamond district in New York, the couple were keen to maintain the story of the eternity ring while updating it to sit beautifully alongside Leonie’s other rings previously commissioned here in Cambridge. The ring features five of her own 3.4mm diamonds held in matching side only settings. A mix of old and new, all of the diamonds are set to a yellow gold band comprising of new and sentimental gold reflective of the eternity ring’s NYC origins. The ring is elegantly completed with a polished finish.
