Pair of commissioned Sterling silver commitment rings
Sarah and Susan had seen rings that they liked that were inspired by wave forms, and wanted to use this in their rings too. Rather than set stones around the band, however, they opted for simply having holes drilled at random intervals along the engraved wave like bubbles, to add interest but not make it overly sparkly. The holes have been drilled in such a way that if they decide they would like to add a stone at a later date (to celebrate an anniversary, for example) this is easy to do. The rings are 5mm and 6mm wide, and both have a reverse D profile and polished finish.
