Palladium and 1.58ct oval cabochon cut star sapphire engagement ring
The focal point of this striking palladium engagement ring is a 1.58ct oval cabochon cut star sapphire. The unique gemstone has been all around set and is surrounded by intricate open geometric metalwork which contrasts the spherical curves of the sapphire. The central stone is framed by 1mm G-H, VS1-2 diamonds which have been grain set in kite shaped plates on each side of the sapphire. The shoulders then step down to open kite shaped sections within each shoulder which feature delicate mill grain detailing. The openwork of the design brings lightness to the design which has been finished with a beautiful polished shine.
