Nicola's mixed metal and sapphire engagement ring
Nicola had previously commissioned a beautiful cocktail ring using Nicola’s own 33ct morganite. When Nicola wanted to combine two important family rings into one piece she returned to our Cambridge studio once again. The original rings were set with an oval cut blue sapphire, round sapphires and an old cut sapphire, all of which have been revitalised and claw set in a scattered design. The metal from Nicola’s family rings was melted down to form the band whilst the stones have been set into crisp white palladium. A polished finish completes this traditional yet unique design.
