Katie's 18ct white gold sapphire and diamond cluster engagement ring.
This beautiful 18ct white gold, diamond and sapphire engagement ring was made for Katie who came to our Halls Green studio to redesign her engagement ring. Katie’s ring had her late mothers diamonds and sapphires that she wanted to include into her redesign however as her stones were becoming loose this was the best time for a redesign. After talking through a few different options Katie came to realize that what she loved the most from her current engagement ring was the cluster top however she did not want to have a puzzle wedding ring to sit next to her engagement ring. Looking at a few designs we decided to remake the cluster top and to emphasis the vintage look we went for a beautiful scalloped basket that defined the outer stones. The shank measures at 2.5mm splits at the shoulders making her mothers beautiful stones the focal point of her engagement ring.
