Graham's diamond and sapphire engagement ring
Graham wanted his engagement ring for Rachel to be a surprise as he wanted to surprise here on their holiday to Florida. He loved the idea of the ring being really lovely and delicate as this really suited Rachel's style. He went for 18ct white gold as he liked the lovely darker white colour of the metal and how lovely it would look with the diamond and sapphire. He chose a 2.6mm brilliant cut diamond as the centeral stone and two brilliant cut 2.4mm vivid blue sapphires either side to create a trilogy style ring all flush set to create a lovely modern look. Graham liked the idea of the stones and the band width being a similar size so went for a 2.5mm band with a lovely soft curved profile to complete the look and a highly polished finish.
