Christiana's citrine and palladium dress ring
Adrian and Christiana's wedding and engagement rings were made by Harriet Kelsall Bespoke Jewellery so Adrian felt it was only natural to come back to us when he wanted a surprise birthday present for Christiana. We talked about how the new ring would work with the rings she already has and decided to go for more of a dress-style design rather than the smooth, practical pieces we made for Christiana before. The rich orange stone in the centre is her birthstone, citrine. It contrasts beautifully with the bright white of the palladium which echoes the metal used in her previous rings. The split band gives the ring a substantial feel without it being chunky. The V shaped detail in the side of the setting repeats the shaping of the bands and lets in light to make the citrine sparkle even more.
