Ruth's rich blue sapphire engagement ring
Ruth loved the colour blue and wanted a durable stone so a sapphire seemed like the perfect choice. We presented Ruth with a beautiful selection of gemstones and she chose a 6x4mm oval cut 0.58 carat sapphire, which caught the light beautifully and had a real character. The stone has been set in an open style setting and sits perfectly against the bright white of the palladium ring. Texture was really important to Ruth and the delicate hammered and polished finish adds beautiful extra detailing.
