Fairtrade 18ct rose gold engagement ring with amethyst and diamond
Philip had some great ideas to design a surprise engagement ring for Serin. She loved purple so Philip chose a beautiful rich purple oval cabochon amethyst to be the main stone in the ring. We set it in a bold four claw setting which would allow the light to enhance the colour in the stone. Philip knew that Fairtrade would be important to Serin and he thought that she would love the contrast of the rose gold against the stone which we emphasized by using contrasting polished and satinised finishes on the ring. To add a traditional element to the design we set a diamond in the shoulder of the ring which adds a subtle sparkle.
