Ali's Northern lights inspired engagement ring
Tom planned to propose to Ali during a special trip to see the Northern lights. Unfortunately the couple didn't get to see the spectacular light display but Tom took Ali to stay in a snow village and they watched a video of the Northern lights projected onto the side of a giant igloo! This was the romantic, if somewhat cold, location of the proposal. The 3mm wide ring tapers towards a central all around set 3mm brilliant cut deep purple amethyst. On each shoulder is a 1.5mm brilliant cut sky blue topaz. The colour combination echoes the celestial carnival of lights and gentle wave inspired engraving has been added around the ring to reflect the movement of the light display. The ring is finished with a polished finish and has been rhodium plated for a bright white shine.
