Martin wanted to surprise Kathy with a special trilogy engagement ring. The central 3.5mm brilliant cut blue sapphire and two 3mm brilliant cut diamonds each are set in four claw settings which cross over from the side. The platinum is highly polished with a D shaped profile which complement the stones beautifully.
