Alice's birthstone pendant using family gold

There was a small amount of gold left over after we re-designed Lesley's ring, so she thought it would be nice to incorporate it into a pendant for her daughter's special birthday. Peridot is Alice's birthstone, so this seemed an obvious choice, especially as the colour is fairly subtle at this size, making it easy to wear every day. The yellow gold has a lovely glow that adds warmth to the green of the peridot that we have grain set into the design. The spiga chain is connected to the pendant for added security and to ensure that the clasp doesn't move around to the front when it's being worn.
