Sarah's 9ct Yellow Gold Peridot Pendant
Sarah’s parents had given her a silver and peridot pendant many years ago because they are her birthstone. However, she felt she would wear it more regularly if she re-designed it into a new piece of jewellery to suit her style a little more. After looking at the beautiful stones in the necklace I felt it would do them much more justice to set them in a fun and playful, contemporary style and after speaking through several examples together, I created some design sketches which included some additional birthstones. Sarah chose this design which included a small ruby to represent her husband and a white opal to represent her daughter; all set to 9ct yellow gold which suits the colours of the stones beautifully.
