Adam loved the pink tones of the heat treated pink diamond
This stunning platinum twist style engagement ring holding a 5mm brilliant cut heat treated pink diamond. These heat treated diamonds are heated at very high temperatures and pressures to achieve this permanent colour change. Natural occurring diamonds of this colour are very rare and costs many thousands of pounds and so this treatment process brings these coloured diamonds within reach. This also means that the ring must not be heated up to very high temperatures, for eg by a jeweller during a resize, so special care needs to be taken when resizing this ring in the future and the stones must be carefully removed and re-set during any future resizing work. To compliment the sparkle we added graduating 1mm, 1.2mm and 1.5mm white diamonds in the shoulder in a pave style setting. The ripple effect on the opposite shoulder of the ring compliments the twisting of the design.
