Richard wanted a unique engagement ring
Richard was looking for a unique engagement ring for Jenny. He had spent some time thinking about the design and then came into discuss things with me in detail. He wanted the ring to have asymmetrical twisted shapes, with straight lines that contrasted with the curving shapes. We have handmade the ring in palladium, the central 5.5mm brilliant cut London blue topaz has been set in a 6 claw setting. The band of the ring measures around 3mm wide at the back and sides and has a gradual taper as it wraps under the setting on the right hand side and flicks above the setting on the left hand side. Where the band wraps under the setting we have pave set three 1.2mm brilliant cut H Si diamonds for extra sparkle, the ring has then been finished with a high polish.
