Swiss blue topaz, diamond and palladium art deco style engagement ring
This art deco inspired engagement ring holds a stunning 8.8mm x 8.8mm asscher cut blue topaz. The topaz has been set in an end only style setting which allows lots of light into the stone, helping to show off its beautiful and unusual colour. The ring has been made in palladium, the bright cold white tone of the metal works well the with subtle tone of the topaz and diamonds, of which there is a 2mm brilliant cut HSI diamond pave set on each shoulder to add extra sparkle, totalling 0.07 carats.. The shoulder detail continues the Art Deco theme by incorporating a raised tapered shaping that is synonymous with this period’s style. The band measures approximately 4mm wide at the front, with a straight taper to approximately 2mm at the back. We have also undercut the setting to allow a straight wedding ring to sit flush alongside the engagement ring in the future.
