Simon wanted a platinum ring with lots of sparkle
Simon came into the Cambridge studio and commissioned this stunning engagement ring for Sarah. He was looking for something with a classic look with lots of sparkle. He had seen some cluster style rings which had vintage style settings, which we used for inspiration. As Sarah is quite petite he wanted to make sure we kept the over all look delicate. He picked this 4.4mm x 3mm (0.22ct) oval G Vs diamond to be set in the centre in a 4 claw style setting, this is then surrounded by ten x 1.5mm brilliant cut H Si diamonds in the cluster that have been set flush in four beaded style claws, then we have pave set a further three 1.5mm brilliant cut H Si diamonds on each shoulder. The ring has been made in platinum and the band measures approximately 2.5mm wide all around and has a polished finish.
