Sam's wheat inspired opal engagement ring
James wanted to surprise Samantha with a beautiful opal ring so came to the Cambridge sudio to design an engagement ring with me. This unique ring was handmade in 9ct white gold and was inspired by ears of wheat as James is a farmer. The metal curls around a 7x5mm (0.39ct) white opal in an end only setting. The two pear grain set 1mm diamonds have a delicate line of mill grain detailing that reaches towards the opal like the whiskers on an ear of wheat.
