Thomas wanted an unusual bat inspired engagement ring
This handmade engagement ring was commissioned by Thomas for Lorraine, as she worked with bats he wanted the ring to be inspired by them. The ring has been made in 9ct white gold and at its widest it is approximately 7mm wide, with a curved taper to the front where it is approximately 2mm wide at its slimmest creating a stylised shaping reminiscent of a bat. In the centre of the band we have invisibly set a 2mm ruby which is nice and low keeping the ring practical for Lorraine. To emphasize the bat's wings we have engraved a line detailing and then finished the ring with a high polish.
