Nancey's 9ct white gold split shoulder engagement ring
Nathan visited me at our Halls Green studio to design Nancey's 9ct white gold engagement ring for a surprise proposal in spring. Nancy is a chef and therefore wanted something practical and chose a brilliant cut 4.2mm 0.30ct diamond set in an end-only setting. The width of the band is approximately 2.8mm at the back which becomes a split shoulder towards the front. The profile of the band is flat with a satin finish along the band and a polished setting to highlight the diamond.
