Robin and Sandra's cognac diamond and recycled diamond engagement ring
This bespoke 9ct white gold and rose gold engagement ring features Sandra's own 5.6mm (0.70ct) brilliant cut diamond and twelve new 1.5mm natural cognac diamonds (totalling 0.19ct). The main diamond has been set into a 9ct white gold 6 claw setting to bring out the whiteness of the stone. The central diamond has then been carefully mounted onto an rich carat rose gold circular plate which has been pave set with 12 natural cognac diamonds. The rose gold plate is overlaid onto a 2.5mm wide 9ct white gold courting band so that a straight wedding ring can be worn next to it in the future.
