Lara's fitted 9ct white gold wedding ring
Richard and Lara came in to our Hertfordshire studio to discuss their ideas for wedding rings. Richard wanted a simple traditional looking band. His wedding ring has been crafted from palladium which has the bright white appearance of platinum withiout the weight. This ring is 6mm wide and approximately 1.6mm deep, with a courting profile for added comfort. Lara wanted a simple and traditional looking band which fitted against her engagement ring. Her wedding ring has been crafted from 9ct white gold which has been rhodium plated to give it a bright white appearance similar to palladium and platinum. This ring is 3mm wide and approximately 1.3mm deep, with a gentle courting profile for added comfort. This fitted wedding ring is a mostly straight plain band, but has a notch cut out so it will slot next to Lara's engagement ring perfectly and nestle closely together when worn as a set. Both Lara and Richard's wedding rings have been finished off with a high polish and sentimental engraving on the inside of the rings.
