Kathryn wanted to incorporate her mother's wedding ring into her own design
Kathryn wanted to use her mother's wedding ring for her own wedding ring. Yet as her engagement ring was 9ct white gold she also wanted to include this white metal in her wedding ring. The 9ct white gold overlay also has seven 1mm brilliant cut diamonds pave set at the front with rhodium plating applied to give it a bright white colour.
