Bespoke platinum twist style engagement ring with a recycled diamond.
Andy designed this lovely engagement ring for Isabel as a surprise. The 3.5mm (0.19ct)brilliant cut recycled diamond is set in a four claw setting turned on point for a twist on a classic style. Andy also liked the idea of creating some movement and asymmetry to the design, but wanted Isabel to be able to wear a straight wedding ring next to it without needing fitting. The 2.5mm wide band tapers towards the stone for a delicate feel before curving up on one side to follow the shape of the diamond, while the other shoulder joins the setting in a straight line, so giving a twist effect to the shank but allowing the two shoulders to line up with one another so a wedding ring can sit straight up to it.
