Bespoke platinum dress ring using the customer's own two brilliant cut diamonds
Alison had two yellow gold rings she didn't wear any more for several reasons and wanted to create a ring she could wear everyday to make use of her sparkly diamonds! In this design, she used two of her 12 diamonds - a 4.5mm and a 2mm brilliant cut diamonds grain set into a pear shape which overlaps the twisting tapering band on one side. The band wraps around the pear shape for a lovely organic feel. Alison loved the contemporary look of a flat profile but liked the comfort of a curve on the inside so chose a reverse D profile. The band measures 3mm at the sides and has a polished finish. Alison also commissioned a palladium pendant using her other diamonds for a complimentary set.
