Bespoke 9ct white gold engagement ring with an oval sapphire and diamonds
Garry knew exactly what his partner Joanna was after and so came in and designed this lovely design based on her ideas. It has a gorgeous bright blue, facetted oval cut 6x4mm (0.58ct) sapphire set in four claws across the finger. The band measures 4mm at the front and has a straight taper to 2.5mm at the back so it can sit next to an unshaped wedding ring in the future. Where the band meets the setting, the ends are rounded off for a curvy look. Each shoulder has a 1.5mm star set diamond and a 1.2mm invisibly set diamond for added sparkle. The band has a courting profile and a polished finish. The natural, non-plated 9ct white gold looks beautiful against the blue stone for a zingy contrast.
