Diamond engagement ring with graduating blue shoulder stones.
This platinum engagement ring holds a very sparkly D SI 0.70ct brilliant cut diamond. Both Craig and Louise wanted the ring to reflect the beautiful colours from their trip to Canada where Craig proposed, so we channel set a 2mm blue sapphire, 1.75mm topaz and 1.5mm diamond in each shoulder to add to the sparkle perfectly. The band measures 3mm wide tapering to 2.5mm towards the central diamond with a soft D shaped band.
Louise and Craig's story
Craig and Louise went on a very memorable holiday to Canada. Their trip took them driving through the Canadian Rockies where Craig proposed to Louise on Lake Louise in a canoe, it all went beautifully to plan.
Fresh from Craig's proposal in Canada, the couple came to our studio in Hertfordshire to design their bespoke engagement ring.
“Lake Louise is a very particular intense shade of blue and this blue colour is echoed in the invisibly set side stones of the ring to always remind us of the proposal.”
