Bespoke natural Vietnamese cabochon cut aquamarine and diamond engagement ring
Marisa and Federico wanted to incorporate aquamarine as it is Marisa's birthstone. They wanted something unique and modern so loved the idea of a cabochon cut central stone. The greeny blue 9x6mm aquamarine as been set in a smooth all around rub over setting to give a very clean look. The setting has been undercut on one side to allow a wedding ring to sit close without needing fitting. Connecting the central setting to the shank are platinum bars which help give the ring a more delicate feel and makes the aquamarine look as if it is almost floating on the finger. Channel set in each shoulder of the 3.5mm wide shank are three 2mm brilliant cut H SI diamonds totaling 0.21cts.
