18ct white gold Art Deco inspired 0.40ct diamond engagement ring
The delicate just under 2mm wide shank tapers in and raises up to create the side claws, giving the ring a low profile so the stone does not protrude to high off the finger which is especially good for anyone who worries about catching a high set stone. When the ring is turned on its side you see a split shoulder with a V shape bar detail in the middle of each, which is echoed in the V shape engraved line details on the top of the ring's shoulders framing the beautifully sparkly brilliant cut 4.7mm G SI1 diamond.
