Elizabeth and Nicholas wanted their wedding rings to compliment Elizabeth's engagement ring. They also wanted Nicholas' wedding ring to curve around the base of Elizabeth's wedding ring so they could use this image of the three rings stacked on top of each other for the wedding invitations.
