Emerald cut Green Beryl and diamond 18ct white gold engagement ring

This lovely engagement ring holds an unusual gemstone - a 0.82cts green beryl from Tanzania. It also incorporates 6 1.5mm H SI pave set diamonds to contast in colour and sparkle. Green beryl is closely related to aquamarine and emerald - the gentle colour is just slightly greener in colour than aquamarine. The emerald cut central stone has been unusually orientated along the finger in a simple 4 claw setting...this also means that a simple unshaped wedding band (perhaps pave set with a few more diamonds) would sit perfectly alongside it. The diamonds have been grain set into a squared off outline to echo the straight lines of the cut of the central unusual gemstone.
