Lou's Engagement Ring Inspired By St Ives Stormy Seas
Louise's 9ct yellow gold engagement ring is a flawless capture the of pair's sentimental location. A central teal sapphire is bicoloured to match the sea, and all around set cut out detailing in the side to allow for light to pass through. Within the twisting arms, brilliant round cut diamonds and London blue topaz are thread and grain set within. It is complete with a polished finish.
Michael's Story
The stormy seas in St Ives were the main inspiration behind Michael's engagement ring for Louise- a place they love visiting together. The central teal sapphire was chosen to mirror the sea, carrying amazing blues and green/grey hues depending on how the light reaches it. To mirror natural shapes and motions of the coast, it is all around set with a millegrain edging with sweeping arms. The diamonds and London blue topaz then reflect the colour created in the ebbing and flowing sea. It was perfect for the beach proposal which inspired it all.
