A platinum and brilliant cut diamond tension-set look engagement ring.
Made to look like it has been tension set the ring in fact has hidden support under the 5.2mm /0.53ct diamond, so whilst retaining the elegantly simple look of tension setting the stone has extra security compared with a tension set ring (we do not make tension set rings are we do not consider them a safe way to hold a good diamond). This is still a ring which is more vulnerable than 4 claw or all-around settings and so would suit somebosy who does not use their hands a lot day to day. The tapered shank measures 6.3mm wide at front.
