Aida's 18ct White Gold and Diamond Engagement Ring
Mark worked with us online to create a surprise engagement ring for the proposal to his partner, Aida. It was important to him that the ring would symbolise both of their backgrounds and cultures. Either side of Mark's 6.4mm 1.12ct round brilliant cut diamond is a Celtic knot inspired design to reference Mark’s birth country, Scotland, set with a 2.2mm brilliant cut royal blue sapphire on each shoulder. The side of the settings have a personal touch to them, with hand engraved cross symbols - one from the Saltire flag and one from the Asturian cross of Aida's heritage. All created in 18ct white gold with a polished, rhodium plated finish.
