Megan's Unique Yellow Gold, Diamond and Sapphire Engagement Ring
James designed this ring for Megan as a surprise. While he knew that she would have loved an opal in her ring, he opted for sapphire which is much harder wearing and more durable for a ring that will be worn daily. The 9ct yellow gold ring has been fully handmade by the goldsmiths in our Hertfordshire workshop. The diamond is certified and around 5mm in diameter, held by six classic claws. The shoulders of the ring feature two 3mm sapphires and two 1.9mm diamonds, set in all around settings with millegrain to the edges. The band is a slim 2mm and the ring had a wonderful high polish to complete it.
