Julie's Platinum and 18ct Yellow Gold Mixed Diamond Engagement Ring
Julie and Jason visited us in our Cambridge studio to redesign Julie’s original engagement ring. We incorporated the couples' own 18ct yellow gold and round diamond along with added extra metal and gemstones. The new ring contrasts the linear shape of the princess cut D SI1 5.12 x 5.10mm 0.74ct diamond with the round brilliant cut diamonds on either shoulder for a unique, stylised design. All of the diamonds have been set in bright platinum to get the maximum sparkle from the stones. The cut out details on each shoulder add a slight geometric aesthetic, while the gently tapering 18ct yellow gold band draws the eye towards the beautiful diamonds. Complete with a polished finish.
