Platinum green sapphire and diamond engagement ring
This stunning oval green sapphire weighing 1.43ct has been set into a platinum engagement ring with 3, 2.1mm princess cut diamonds set either side of the central stone. The sapphire has been unusually set into a flat octagonal shaped plate to emphasise the clean lines of the band whilst also allowing the softness of the beautifully cut oval sapphire to shine through. The width of the band is about 4mm and the diamonds total 0.27cts and are H SI princess cut diamonds which have been channel set for a lovely sparkly unbroken line. The side of estting has been undercut discretely so that an unshaped wedding band would slide underneath to fit alongside neatly.
