Rhian's Fairtrade Yellow Gold, Tourmaline and Sapphire Bridal Set
Rhian came in to design her bridal ring set: an engagement and wedding band. She loved the idea of having a Celtic and forest inspired design and chose a 5mm x 3mm pear cut forest green tourmaline to reference this. The beautiful stone was claw set to the centre of Rhian's engagement ring, while seven 1mm round pale blue sapphires were grain set to her wedding band. Rhian decided that she also wanted a contrast between the bands, choosing Fairtrade 9ct yellow gold for her engagement ring to complement the forest green tourmaline, and 9ct white gold for her wedding band to complement the blue sapphires. Both rings were given a polished finish, enhancing their rich colours and shine.
