Linda's Multicoloured Mixed Metal Dress Ring
Mike and Linda chose to commission a special ring for Linda to celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary. Linda loves green and teal stones which was a natural fit to the art nouveau and floral themes she wished to explore within the design process. We used yellow gold for the band of her ring to match her existing engagement and wedding ring and white gold for the vine and leaf design overlay. Linda chose a beautiful 0.34ct blue pear cut tourmaline as the largest stone of her ring in a rub over setting. A sparkling brilliant cut diamond is set centrally, with a peridot and two tourmalines marquise grain set into three leaf shapes which stem out of the diamond’s setting. A further leaf shape is also set with a round brilliant cut diamond to finish off the flow of this striking asymmetrically designed ring.
